The themes studied in this edition consist of human resource management, organizational behavior, leadership, gender equality, SDGs and care governance. The topic of study in the field of human resource management, organizational behavior and leadership discusses the influence of policy making on optimizing human resource performance. The next topic of discussion is gender equality and SDGs, discussing the awareness of victims of violence to report cases of online-based gender violence (KBGO) and domestic violence (KDRT) increased through an organizational psychological approach. The contributions of this research include providing perspectives on digital integration, legal reform, and psychological approaches to realizing gender equality through the role of civil society organizations.
