The themes studied in this edition consist of digital strategy through co-production, the use of Instagram as an e-government media, student learning independence and learning through LMS, PKL implementation during the covid-19 pandemic and work readiness, item analysis with classical test theory, textbook development and e-trust and repurchase intention. The topic of digital strategy studies through co-production discusses the effectiveness of implementing digital strategies as an effort to improve public services, the use of Instagram as an e-government media discusses the use of Instagram to facilitate public agencies in providing information and educating the public on related issues. The next topics on educational aspects include, student learning independence and learning through LMS, PKL implementation during the covid-19 pandemic and work readiness, item analysis with classical test theory and textbook development. Each aspect of the study of education contributes to research through analyzing the implementation of learning, learning methods and evaluating the learning process that is integrated with technology. The next topic is related to e-trust and repurchase intention which discusses the role of digital technology development in encouraging increased use of the e-Commerce platform as the main medium in trade transactions.
